How Our Integrated System Works For Your Company

When an employer contacts Got A Doc Walk In Medical Centers, a secure online Employer Information File (EIF) is immediately generated. The EIF is displayed on terminals int he exam room during the patient’s visit so that the medical staff can have ready access to the employer’s instructions. Since the EIF is stored in our central database, the employee can be seen at any Got A Doc location.

As an employer, you ahve the option to include the following instructions:

  • The company’s Return-to-Work policies
  • Light Duty programs
  • Physical Examination requirements
  • Drug Testing protocols
  • Specialist Physician Networks

The injured employee is then provided instructions regarding Return-to-Work/Light Duty status and treatment. After the visit, a nurse contacts the employer’s representative with immediate feedback to help the employer determine appropriate case management and to discuss Light Duty and Return-to-Work options.

In addition, Got A Doc Walk In Medical Center provides the employer with the complete documentation required for the First Report of Accident. These documents are completed promptly and affordably.
